Robo Call

Confirm every cash-on-delivery order before it ships. The moment an order lands in your store, Mean4 calls the customer, reads the order back and asks for a single keypress - 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to speak to your team. The result is written back to Shopify or WooCommerce automatically, before a single parcel is handed to the courier.

Robo Call Features

An unconfirmed COD order costs you twice. You pay to acquire it, pay the courier to carry it, and pay again when it comes back undelivered. Manual confirmation calls do work - but they need staff, they only run in office hours, and they stop scaling on the day your advertising starts to.
Robo Call takes the phone out of the process entirely. An order placed at two in the morning is called and answered for before your team opens, so the dispatch list waiting for them holds real orders only, and every parcel going out is one a customer has already said yes to.

Every attempt is stored with its outcome, its timestamp and its recording, so a disputed order has an answer rather than an argument. The same engine also sends one recorded message to a whole list - announcements, reminders, restock alerts - and it is priced per call placed, not per seat.
Order Confirmation on Autopilot

The call goes out within minutes of checkout rather than the next working day. There is no confirmation desk to staff, no queue of night orders waiting for the morning, and no campaign that buries your team the day it starts working.

One Keypress, Three Outcomes

The customer hears their own order read back and answers with a single key. 1 confirms it and moves it to dispatch, 2 cancels it before it is packed, and any other key flags it for a callback with the order already on screen - the conversations actually worth a person.

Written Back to Your Store

Mean4 reads new orders from Shopify or WooCommerce and writes the confirmation status back as a tag or an order note, so your existing tags, filters and dispatch process stay exactly as they are. A REST API and webhooks cover custom carts, Magento and ERP systems.

Your Voice, Your Language

Upload your own recording or have one produced - Urdu, English, or both together. You set how many retry attempts, how far apart, and which hours to avoid, and unreachable numbers are kept separate from refusals.
